Mr.Nema Ram, a 1st generation entrepreneur formed Kushal Interiors Decorator initially in 1995. The group’s core business is Interior Design, which has grown in the past two decades and has achieved a consolidated turnover of more than 10 crores per annual. The group has offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore & Pune; In order to meet the specific requirements of each sector the group has formed 3 companies to manage specific needs to various sectors.

Key line of business is providing Interior Services to local corporate, operating on single Sector model.

Kushal Travels (Incorporated in 2003)
Key line of business is providing transportation services to Multinational and Government Organizations, operating on single/multiple shift model

Kushal Logistics. (Incorporated in 2006)
Key line of business is providing transportation services to BPO segments. Operating on multiple shifts 24 by 7 models. The transportation to the BPO industries was started in 2005. However to get better focus & align the organizations capability to deliver to the BPO industry, the business was transferred to Kushal Logistics which started operations in the year 2006.
Kushal Logistics are having a dedicated team of Professionals working round-the-clock taking care of bookings, enquiries made by you. This is a proprietorship based business. We offer personalized services to each Guest which enables us to give our guests their money's worth. It specializes in corporate& leisure travel. We cater to the requirements of a wide spectrum of sensitive business of call centers/BPO. We provide services that assure our passengers of quality, comfort and consistency.

We own the premises from which we are operating our fleet and it is several millions of Indian Rupees as paid -up capital. Kushal Logistics is financially sound and stable. Our bankers are Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of Mysore and ICICI Bank.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:

KL has been providing transportation services for providing pick up and drop facilities for employees, meeting the client requirements in terms of shifts, no. of employees, per Km.The services are presently provided to call centers, BPO, industrial houses, and consultancy firms. We provide customized contracts, as per client requirements for buses and cars.

3. Operations: -
a. Supervisors: - We will operate the transportation services including staff pick ups and drops, as per shift schedule, house to house pick up and drop facility for up to 24 hrs and 7 days a week. To co-ordinate the operations, we will provide our full support to the supervisors, on duty. We will also provide our input in logistic management and cost effective transport needs.

b. Logistics Planning: - Our staff will also be trained into handling logistics and day to day operations of all kinds of vehicles. The entire logistic planning will be done to optimize the usage of all vehicles with minimum cost and high service output.

c. Drivers: - Driver will be trained, experienced and in uniform. They will be readily accessible on their mobiles.

In order to operate these services we have listed certain points, which will require your kind attention in planning and streamlining our operation. We would like to bring to your notice.

4. Co-ordinator: Kushal Logistics will have to designate on person from their staff to coordinate the transportation needs of the Call Center with the supervisor.

6. Up Keep: - In order to maintain the upkeep of the vehicles we would also require designating space to wash the cars as and when required. This is essential, as traffic condition do not allow going to our garage on a day-to-day basis.

7. Communication System: - The vehicles can be mobilized with mobile phones for the call center.

8. ROUTES:- The vehicles will run on fixed predetermined routes on fortnight / monthly Basis .any variation requirement in the same will have to be intimated we in advance.

9. BREAK DOWN SERVICES:- Replacement vehicle would be provided in case
Of a breakdown. In case of the Replacement vehicle can not be provided the cast of
Transportation on actual for the day would be born by Kushal Logistics.
